Any woman can create something magnificent out of nothing when she has a dream!

Dare To Dream

It can be challenging for single women to give ourselves permission to let our thoughts run free with possibilities. After all, we bring home the bacon. If we fail, we don't eat. That's fact.

I've come to realize there is a greater truth, one that must be lived or we will never be fulfilled. We must be true to our inner self, to that which calls us in the stillness of our own thoughts. That's a foreign, evening frightening concept for many of us, yet necessary to be at peace with our world.

Why You Should Dream

Ø       Those random thoughts are your safe place where anything goes but everything is protected. You can dream of walking on the moon but don't have to worry about crashing back down to earth. It's the place where your inner woman is allowed to safely explore the possibilities...and trust me, they are endless!

Ø      Your daydreams are limitless. You are not bound by finances or obligations. Time is not a factor and the only restrictions are those you self impose.

Ø      It's your private world, totally unavailable to anyone else unless you permit them entrance.

How You Should Dream

Ø      Dream BIG!  Why not? It's a dream. Thoughts in your heart. It's not like you're going to have to pay at the checkout counter for all the dreams you picked up at the dream superstore.

Ø      Dream without restraint. Resist the temptation to responsibly filter your dreams through the reality of your current life.

Ø      Dream quietly. Steal away to a place devoid of interruptions, TV, movies, music, books or computers. Those media will tarnish your personal dreams.

What To Do With the Dream

Ø      Nothing! At least not at first. When a seed is planted, it has to have time to germinate in order to grow. This is a critical step. It will either give life to your dream, or it will fade away and die.

Ø      Write it down. When the dream comes back again, place on paper as much as you can remember. Think on it. Explore the possibilities. Picture yourself doing what your dream reveals. Does your soul feel at peace or does it fill you with what "icky" feeling in the pit of your stomach?

If your dream gives you peace, breathe life into it. Start making a plan. Ask yourself the hard questions. Commit to living your dream. Get the help you need and you will make your dream a reality. Living your dream is exciting. And fulfilling. Why not start living yours today?
