It's your dream...you deserve to live it YOUR way.
I'm sure you've experienced it before. You get this great idea for a terrific adventure. Then someone takes it and runs with it. Suddenly, you find yourself living their dream instead of yours. You find yourself on a trip that was supposed to be YOUR great adventure but are fulfilling another person's desires. That can quickly let the winds out of the sails of even the greatest pioneer!
Coaching is NOT like that! You'll be living your dream. You call the shots. It's YOUR dream. All I do is to help you make sure that the actions you are taking are congruent with your dream and will get you where you want to go as quickly as possible. Many times that takes an outside vantage point...much like someone on the other side of the room telling you if you're hanging the picture straight on the wall. You're too close to determine that yourself.
It's a beautiful thing when client and coach work together to fulfill the client's dream. The adventure will last a lifetime!
